Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is hiring a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect focused on Employee Central. You will design, implement, and optimise our HR technology landscape, bridging HR stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable SuccessFactors solutions.

With 5-6 years of hands-on SF experience, you will lead integration and data governance initiatives, and contribute to roadmap and release management in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• At least 2 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
• SAP Certified Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central Core.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Evaluate requirements and advise on standard vs customisation.
• Configure Employee Central and support data migration activities.
• Define integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite and APIs.
• Act as trusted advisor and run workshops to validate requirements.
