Colliers is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Configuration Analyst/Developer to analyse, configure, test and implement changes across SAP SuccessFactors, focused on Employee Central and related modules in a multi-country EMEA landscape. The role requires hands-on configuration, with collaboration across HR, IT, payroll and architecture teams.

Reporting to the EMEA HR Systems Manager, you will work with analysts and external partners to deliver changes from discovery through go-live and support

Qualifications

• Employee Central certification and hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
• Experience delivering multi-country EMEA changes.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional designs and estimates.
• Experience working with AMS/implementation partners and solution architects.

Responsabilités

• Clarify requirements with stakeholders and consolidate backlog items.
• Design, configure, test and deploy SuccessFactors enhancements.
• Coordinate with AMS/partners and internal stakeholders across functions.
• Maintain delivery records and governance in Azure DevOps.
• Support governance, security and data protection requirements.
