Job summary

Colliers International EMEA is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Configuration Analyst/Developer to analyse, design, configure, test and implement changes across SAP SuccessFactors across an EMEA multi-country landscape. The role requires hands-on configuration and development, not just vendor management.

The successful candidate will focus on Employee Central and related modules, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT and external partners to deliver changes from discovery through go-live and support

Qualifications

• Employee Central certification and strong hands-on SuccessFactors experience, with examples of changes personally designed, configured, tested and deployed.
• Deep Employee Central knowledge covering foundation objects, employee data, position management, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, event reasons, data models and permissions.
• Experience delivering multi-country EMEA changes, including country rollouts or legal entity changes.
• Experience working with AMS/implementation partners and solution, integration and enterprise architects.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Business Impact Assessment with stakeholders to clarify requirements and consolidate backlog items.
• Design, configure, test and implement enhancements across Employee Central and related modules.
• Process Optimisation & Continuous Improvement to automate manual processes and improve data quality.
• Delivery, Governance & Release Management including governance, security, and proper change control.
