Colliers is seeking an EMEA Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide expert BAU support, L3 issue resolution, and continuous improvement for the SAP SuccessFactors landscape across EMEA, with emphasis on Employee Central modules. Certification in Employee Central plus another module such as Time Management, Onboarding, or Compensation is preferred.

You will work with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT and external partners to ensure platform stability.

Formación

• Deep functional knowledge of Employee Central foundation objects, workflows, data models, and permissions.
• Proven ability to resolve L3 tickets and deliver permanent fixes for complex issues.
• Experience delivering enhancements, configuration changes, data corrections, and regression testing.
• Strong stakeholder communication with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and IT.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L3 BAU support for SAP SuccessFactors across EMEA, focusing on Employee Central.
• Lead changes, releases and regression testing for quarterly SuccessFactors updates.
• Coordinate with integration experts, AMS providers and solution architects to ensure platform stability.
• Offer governance, risk management and clear business guidance to HR stakeholders.
