  • Act as a trusted point of contact for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders.

  • Work closely with the external support partner, AMS providers, SAP Support, internal technology teams, integration expert, and other team architects to resolve complex functional issues, data-related integration failures, and enhancement requests in line with agreed standards.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, integration architects, enterprise architects, and platform owners to ensure proposed functional fixes and changes are technically sound, supportable, scalable, and aligned with the overall SAP and HR technology roadmap.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts within the BAU team.
Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a BAU, support, or application management environment.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Employee Central, including foundation objects, employee data, position management, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, event reasons, data models, and role-based permissions.
  • Proven ability to resolve L3-level tickets, perform root cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes for complex functional and data issues.
  • Experience delivering enhancements, configuration changes, data corrections, change requests, release testing, and regression testing.
  • Good cross-module understanding across Employee Central, Onboarding, Time Off, Performance & Goals Management, and planned Compensation processes, with the ability to assess downstream impacts.
  • Strong understanding of payroll- and benefits-impacting risk, data quality, security, and governance controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred, ideally supported by at least one additional SuccessFactors certification or strong hands-on experience in Time Management, Onboarding, Compensation, or Performance & Goals.
  • Candidates with alternative SuccessFactors certifications will also be considered where they can demonstrate strong functional capability, adaptability, and a clear willingness to grow and expand their skills across additional SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong experience with Time Off configuration, including accruals, calendars, absence types, time accounts, eligibility, and workflows.
  • Experience with Compensation configuration and support, including compensation data dependencies, eligibility, planning cycles, and Employee Central alignment.
  • Good awareness of SuccessFactors integrations with SAP Employee Central Payroll, regional payroll, benefits, and expense management systems, with the ability to investigate data-related failures and coordinate technical integration issues with the integration expert or support partner.
  • Experience supporting multi-country SuccessFactors landscapes, ideally across EMEA.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management, CAB governance, working with AMS or external vendors, and collaborating effectively with support partners and architecture teams.
  • Exposure to Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation implementation, reporting, or wider HR technology transformation would be beneficial.
