Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Clinical Project Management Director to oversee teams delivering clinical studies and programs. The role focuses on ensuring time, quality, and financial performance while maintaining regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

This leadership position requires guiding project managers and analysts, allocating resources, and driving continuous improvement across Cronos services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in clinical research or project management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Principal in Charge for Cronos projects, providing overall leadership for initiation, execution, and closeout.
• Oversee project governance, ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and analysts.
• Allocate resources and balance workloads across multiple projects.
• Facilitate governance reviews, risk assessments, and issue escalations.
• Act as primary contact for senior management on status, risks, and escalations.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables including financial reconciliation and archiving.
• Provide operational consultation on Cronos service offerings.
• Drive process improvement and best practices in project management.
• Represent Cronos Study Operations in cross-functional initiatives.
• Support business development activities, including proposals.
