IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee the clinical delivery of regional and global studies, ensuring recruitment, site performance, quality and regulatory compliance. You will lead clinical teams and collaborate with Project Leaders to drive milestones and ensure study success.

Responsibilities include patient recruitment strategies, risk management, and working with cross-functional teams to maintain timelines and quality while supporting budgets and new opportunities in a global setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in clinical research, monitoring, or operations in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical delivery of regional and global studies with quality, timeline, recruitment and operational objectives.
• Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Partner with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to drive study milestones and mitigation of risks.
• Provide leadership to clinical teams, support resource planning, training and delivery.
• Support financial oversight including forecasting, budgeting and scope changes.
