Foundation is seeking a Strategy Manager to shoulder the senior operational layer of the strategy practice. You will own client relationships at oversight level, develop strategists beneath you, and enable VP-level leadership to focus on growth and direction.

You will drive strategic quality across a $2M+ book of business, escalate issues, and mentor a team of strategists to build robust PDPs and strong client-facing capabilities.

Formación

• 5+ years in digital strategy, content strategy, or multi-channel marketing strategy, with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing or developing at least one direct report.
• Proven GEO fluency: content strategies for AI-driven answer engines.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client oversight relationship across accounts in your book.
• Provide meaningful oversight on strategic deliverables: content plans, QBRs, monthly reporting.
• Lead GEO-first strategy reviews and ensure alignment with KPIs.
• Partner with Account Management for contracts, upselling, and cross-team coordination.
• Coach strategists and develop their PDPs and leadership capabilities.
