Strategy& in Barcelona seeks a Full-Time Senior Associate to work with clients through all stages of consulting projects, identifying major issues, formulating hypotheses, structuring analyses, and operationalizing recommendations. You will join the home team base and collaborate across industries such as Deals/Private Equity, CIPS, Energy, Operations, Health & Pharma, and TICE.

Successful candidates typically have 2-4 years in strategy consultancy, outstanding oral and written communication,

2-4 years of relevant work experience from strategy consultancy
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills

Responsabilidades

Work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying issues, generating hypotheses, structuring and performing analyses, developing pragmatic options and conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and developing plans to operationalize the strategy.
Join the home team base and work across multiple industries including Deals/Private Equity, CIPS, Energy, Utilities, Operations, Health and Pharma, and TICE.
Apply strong analytical and creative problem-solving approaches to client challenges, while maintaining a focus on delivering impact and value.
Demonstrate leadership and initiative in client engagements and team collaboration.
