Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and procurement across IT/software, services, marketing, HR and other indirect spend. You will partner with Finance and business leaders to deliver value, governance, and cost savings while overseeing supplier negotiations and category strategies.

The role focuses on indirect categories outside AI infrastructure, with collaboration across procurement governance, processes, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Significant procurement experience, ideally within technology, cloud, infrastructure or high-growth international business.
• Strong track record in strategic sourcing and competitive tenders.
• Experience leading complex negotiations and supplier governance.
• Solid understanding of total cost of ownership and supplier economics.
• Experience with P2P platforms such as SAP Ariba is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic sourcing and procurement across IT/software, professional services, marketing, HR/recruitment, travel, facilities and other services.
• Co-create category strategies aligned with business needs and growth plans.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes, supplier selection and commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs and contract renewals.
• Identify cost savings, supplier consolidation and demand optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and forecast spend.
• Improve visibility of committed and forecast spend with Finance.
• Manage supplier relationships and governance, including renewal management.
