Job summary

RavenPack, based in Marbella, seeks a hands-on Senior Procurement Specialist to own end-to-end procurement across the organization. You will handle internal requests, lead vendor negotiations for software and SaaS, and drive term improvements with Legal, Compliance, and IT involvement.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate renewals, and ensure compliant documentation while building cost-saving strategies and refining our AI-enabled procurement platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience with hands-on negotiations and vendor relationships.
• Experience procuring software, SaaS, or technology services.
• Ability to talk IT and engineering in their language; no deep technical background required.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven savings.
• Proactive mindset to improve terms and reduce spend.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement from requests to onboarding and renewal.
• Lead negotiations with software vendors, SaaS providers, and service partners.
• Coordinate Legal, Compliance, IT, and requesting teams through the review process.
• Support IT operations in larger technology purchases.
• Manage renewal calendar and renegotiate licenses as needed.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts with compliance.
• Maintain vendor records within the procurement platform.
• Monitor vendor performance and SLAs where applicable.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across the vendor portfolio.
• Prepare reports on procurement activity, spend, and savings.
