You will implement, enhance, and maintain Workday Financials and related finance applications, partnering with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and tech teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in ERP, Finance Systems, business systems, or a related finance systems engineering or analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financials deployment: configuration, testing, documentation, and ongoing enhancements (Fin Accounting, P2P).
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system designs, process improvements, and supportable solutions.
• Configure and maintain Finance business processes, security, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and data validations as needed.
• Work closely with the integration and automation team to improve connectivity between Workday and other internal/external applications for operations, analytics, workflow automation, and embedded AI.
• Help establish strong operational discipline through clear documentation, ticket handling, sprint participation, and visible delivery tracking.
