Job summary

Simple Life is seeking a Senior SRE to join the Platform team, owning AWS infrastructure, the Kubernetes platform, and internal tooling relied on by the engineering org.

You will drive automation, IaC with Terraform and Terramate, and oversee CI/CD pipelines on EKS, ArgoCD, Atlantis, and Flux. Strong Go skills and on-call experience are essential, with excellent English communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience operating production systems on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform-based IaC and GitOps workflows.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex incidents with root-cause focus.
• Strong Go programming or willingness to learn and build tooling.
• Excellent English communication across engineering, product and security.
• Experience with on-call ownership and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes platform for the production environment.
• Develop and maintain IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling (Go-based).
• Manage on-call rotations, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate across teams to improve reliability, security, and performance.
