Nexthink is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen our cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure reliability for our multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will work with product teams to embed observability, security practices, and fault tolerance across services.

The role emphasizes AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD with on-call responsibilities. Nexthink offers a hybrid work model and a collaborative, globally distributed engineering culture to deliver

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or Platform Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and supporting SaaS product.
• Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, Bash...) and Terraform experience.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm and related ecosystems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools like Datadog.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and manage cloud-native systems (AWS) using automation.
• Operate and enhance Kubernetes clusters and deployment pipelines.
• Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code for repeatable provisioning.
• Define and maintain SLOs/SLAs and address availability issues.
• Build internal tools and automation for provisioning and monitoring.
• Monitor and improve user experience and reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
