Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and scale our multi-cloud infrastructure. You will help automate system engineering and ensure global reliability while supporting internal and external services such as Elastic Cloud Hosted and Serverless.

You will collaborate with distributed teams, champion operational excellence, and drive improvements in incident management and tooling.

Formación

• Background in software engineering with a focus on reliability.
• Experience with public cloud platforms.
• Ability to design scalable infrastructure for multi-cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation initiatives to guarantee Elastic's global infrastructure reliability.
• Scale and improve the Platform infra by developing tools and automation.
• Foster inclusive collaboration, operational excellence and mentoring.
• Respond to incidents and drive major incident management and prevention.
