Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive technical discovery, demos, and tailored solutions for hotel groups across EMEA and APAC. You will collaborate with Sales, Services, Product, and Engineering to deliver compelling value and winning proposals.

Qualifications

5–7+ years in solutions engineering or a similar technical, customer-facing role.
Knowledge of hospitality commercial functions (revenue management, sales, distribution and data analytics).
Experience running discovery, demos and proof-of-value, and completing RFPs/RFIs with Sales.

Responsibilities

Run technical discovery with Sales to understand drivers, risks and requirements and map Lighthouse solutions.
Deliver confident technical presentations and demos across our portfolio.
Lead RFP and RFI responses from start to finish.
Build tailored solutions with cross-functional teams (Sales, Services, Product, Engineering).
Develop and present Looker dashboards using Salesforce data and customize reporting.
