Provectus is seeking a senior engineering leader to design and deliver production GenAI systems for enterprise clients. You will map client workflows, identify business problems, and build AI solutions that move KPIs in real business terms.

Formación

• 7+ years building and running production AI systems.
• Strong experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, and RAG.
• Ability to design scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Proactive, owner mindset with stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with clients at executive level to redesign processes from first principles.
• Architect and ship production GenAI systems in client environments.
• Define evaluation criteria and instrument metrics for releases.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineers across teams.
