LocalStack is seeking a senior technologist to embed AI into internal workflows, accelerating cloud development for developers and AI agents.

You will build internal tools and agents end-to-end, connect the tech stack to daily employee workflows, and drive adoption through workshops and pairing sessions.

This fully remote role offers a competitive €42K-€78K salary range and opportunities to influence product outcomes and scale automation across a global team.

Formación

• 7+ years in software engineering plus experience in product management or business operations in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive adoption with cross-functional stakeholders and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on with Codex/Claude Code or similar to ship AI-enabled solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Embed across Engineering, GTM, People, Support, Finance, and Ops to identify AI-driven automations.
• Build internal tools and agents end-to-end, integrating current tech stack with daily workflows.
• Drive adoption through workshops, pairing, and office hours with focus on time saved.
• Partner with Security to establish guardrails and audit trails.
• Develop a framework to track value of AI solutions with metrics and targets.
