Frontiers is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to design, deliver, and maintain end-to-end technical solutions aligned with product strategy. You will own architectural direction, select technologies, and manage non-functional requirements across teams, while mentoring engineers and shaping technical standards.

You will help advance AI-driven design practices across the development lifecycle and contribute to a high-autonomy, global engineering culture that delivers secure, scalable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in solution architecture.
• Expertise in system architecture and cloud computing.
• Expertise in software engineering and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in AI and generative AI across the software lifecycle.
• Proficiency in data architecture, AI security, and responsible AI.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking across the lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of Frontiers' core business principles, goals and strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scalable, feasible, and flexible solution designs.
• Select key technologies, platforms and frameworks in line with standards.
• Own the solution-wide non-functional requirements—performance, security, scalability and reliability.
• Contribute to, and advocate for, technical strategy and standards.
• Mentor and guide Software Engineering Team Leads and Engineers.
• Convey complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.
