INTEC Energy Solutions GmbH in Spain is seeking an Engineering Manager for Utility-Scale Solar PV & BESS to lead the engineering lifecycle from design through commissioning and handover, with international travel. Based in Spain, you will oversee civil, electrical, SCADA, and grid integration work, ensuring compliance with IEC/IEEE/NEC standards while coordinating with clients, lenders, and regulators.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree valued.
• PMP or equivalent project management qualification valued.
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience, with at least 5 years on utility-scale Solar PV projects.
• Proven hands-on experience with BESS integration and grid-connected renewable energy systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of HV/MV substations, transmission lines, SCADA, and grid interconnections.
• Strong familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and NEC; English required; French a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across civil, electrical, structural, SCADA, and grid disciplines.
• Drive and oversee all engineering activities for utility-scale PV and BESS projects, managing schedules and resources.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards and contractual requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, lenders’ engineers, utilities, and regulators.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; support procurement by evaluating technical offers.
• Support site commissioning, testing, and handover activities during international site visits.
