Baker Hughes is seeking a Software Project Management Advisor to drive the successful delivery of Cordant Asset Performance Management software projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage cloud-based deployments, and ensure alignment with contractual commitments and customer expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in software project management, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with industrial software delivery for energy/utilities sectors.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; field not specified.
• 5+ years in Software Project Management or digital transformation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; customer-facing environments.
• Experience delivering industrial software for energy/utilities/process industries.
• Cloud technologies and cloud-based architectures knowledge.
• APM experience is highly desirable; SaaS/integration exposure helpful.
• PM certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent.

• Develop project execution plans, roadmaps and delivery strategies.
• Define objectives, milestones, schedules and resource needs.
• Lead project execution while aligning with contracts and customer expectations.
• Interface between customers, project teams and stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project.

• Identify risks and devise mitigation plans; manage scope and changes.
• Own revenue recognition, invoicing milestones, budgeting and margins.
• Provide regular updates to customers and leadership; escalate risks early.
