Grafana Labs is recruiting for a remote-ready role focused on building and scaling Grafana Cloud observability solutions. The team collaborates globally, contributing to OSS projects and supporting customers across cloud environments.

This position is open to candidates in the UK, Spain, Germany, or Sweden, and emphasizes ownership, transparent communication, and a strong OSS mindset as part of a remote-first company culture.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience with at least one language.
• Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud provider.
• Cloud-based software development and production systems experience.
• Familiarity with observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, OpenTelemetry).
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience participating in on-call rotations and incident management.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Willingness to learn Go if not already proficient.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable integrations for various infrastructure components, databases, and applications.
• Create middleware components, SDKs, and libraries that simplify development and maintenance of observability solutions.
• Represent Grafana Labs in open source forums and events when needed.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop features aligned with product strategy and customer needs.
• Support the technical direction and future development of observability solutions.
• Work with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a holistic product experience.
• Be part of follow-the-sun on-call rotations and own the services you run.
• Contribute to open source projects and OSS communities.
