Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Grafana Cloud Observability, with a focus on building and scaling the Cloud Observability product suite. You will work on dashboards, alerts, and infrastructure, integrating with Kubernetes monitoring and cloud provider observability services.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with at least one programming language; Go is used but not required.
• Knowledge of at least one major cloud provider and cloud-based software development.
• Experience with observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, OpenTelemetry).
• Experience driving projects from ideation to production, in a distributed/microservices environment.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; on-call/incident management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable integrations for infrastructure components, databases, and applications.
• Create middleware components, SDKs, and libraries for observability solutions.
• Represent Grafana Labs in open source forums, working groups, and events.
• Collaborate with product, design, and docs to develop features aligned with customer needs.
• Contribute to the technical direction and future development of observability solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support for a holistic product experience.
• Participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations; own the services you run.
• Contribute to open source projects related to Grafana or Observability.
