GMV is expanding its teams in the defense sector to work on a project related to UAS/UAV systems. The role focuses on software design, architecture, and integration for remote carrier and MUM-T operations plus coordination of a small team of engineers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, strong C/C++ skills, and experience with embedded software, architecture, and real-time systems. Hybrid work with relocation support is offered.

We are expanding our teams in the defense sector to take on a project related to UAS/UAV systems.

What challenge will you be taking on?

• Software design and architecture activities for software components associated with Remote Carrier and Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) systems.
• Software development and integration activities for deployment in unmanned aerial system (UAS) operations.
• Coordination of software development activities for a team of approximately five engineers.

What do we need in our team?

For this position, we are looking for graduates in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in software development and a passion for UAS/UAV systems.

In addition, candidates should have experience in embedded software development, strong C/C++ programming skills, and experience in architecture and software design.

Knowledge of real-time systems (e.g., RTOS, partitioning, etc.) and software Verification & Validation (V&V) activities will also be considered a plus.
