We are expanding our teams in the Defence and Security sector to take on aerospace R&D projects, developing and productising increasingly robust and resilient navigation solutions and embedded systems.

In our team, you will lead the development and productisation of embedded solutions for Defence aerospace programmes, defining their technical architecture and coordinating hardware, FPGA, embedded software and systems engineering teams to turn R&D technologies into robust, product-ready solutions for demanding applications.
You will work on defining requirements, architectures and interfaces, coordinating the development, integration and verification of solutions. You will also contribute to the design of real-time software, state machines and timing-related functions, as well as troubleshooting technical issues during integration and testing.
For this position, we are looking for experts in embedded systems and aerospace product development, with at least 4 years of experience in the aerospace or avionics sector, strong knowledge of real-time software and hands‑on experience with C/C++, FPGA and hardware/software integration.
We will also value previous experience with navigation systems, particularly GNSS, inertial or hybrid navigation, as well as knowledge of avionics architectures, RTOS, embedded Linux, hypervisors, FPGA design, SIL/HIL, simulation and verification processes.
For this position, we are looking for professionals with strong technical leadership and coordination skills who want to work in a stable, technology-driven environment, with a proven track record in aerospace R&D and Defence projects, where they can turn cutting‑edge technologies into real‑world operational solutions.
