Bondora is seeking a Senior Social & Content Manager to lead end-to-end social across markets, owning the editorial calendar and driving AI-enabled content workflows. You will collaborate with Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Performance, and Country teams to make content a measurable demand lever.

This role emphasizes innovative content production, distribution, and community management in a fast-paced fintech context.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in social media, editorial, content, or content marketing roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI-driven content workflows.
• Experience building or operating an AI-enabled content engine with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bondora's social media end-to-end across all markets as a measurable growth channel.
• Own the editorial calendar and content distribution across owned, earned, and creator surfaces.
• Produce content in-house with Brand team and manage agencies/UGC creators end-to-end.
• Architect and operate Bondora's AI-driven content engine and related workflows.
• Run social, content, and share-of-voice analytics to inform decisions.
• Manage social media community by moderating and responding across channels.
