Bondora Group in Málaga, ES, seeks a Senior Social & Content Manager to lead social end-to-end across markets, own the editorial calendar, and run an AI-driven content engine. You will collaborate with Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, and performance teams to make content a measurable demand generator across owned, earned, and creator channels.

The role demands 6–10 years in social media and content, strong editorial taste, and experience with AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in social media, editorial, content, or content marketing.
• Proven hands‑on experience with AI-driven content workflows.
• Strong editorial judgment and creative taste.
• Experience building external content ecosystems with agencies/creators.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bondora's social media end-to-end across all markets.
• Own the editorial calendar and content distribution engine across owned/earned/creator channels.
• Produce content in-house with Brand & Creative teams and manage external partners.
• Architect and operate an AI-driven content engine for ideation, planning, production, and repurposing.
• Analyze social and content performance to drive editorial decisions.
• Moderate and respond to community conversations across channels.
