Job summary

Fonio is looking for a social content lead to own how our brand shows up online. You will turn our AI-driven offerings into content people actually want to follow and build a consumer-brand feel for our B2B product.

You will manage the content calendar across all channels, collaborate with the content team daily, ghostwrite for founders and leadership, and own community management to grow reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years running social for a brand, startup, or as a creator.
• A sharp instinct for what performs, especially on LinkedIn & Instagram.
• You write the way people actually read – excellent written English; German is a plus.
• You’re genuinely excited about AI and the space.
• Active use of AI tools to produce faster and sharper content.

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar across all channels.
• Collaborate with Content Creation on a daily basis.
• Ghostwrite and grow founders' and leadership profiles for reach.
• Own community management.
