Bondora seeks a Senior Social & Content Manager to drive end-to-end social strategy across markets and own the editorial calendar and distribution engine. You’ll partner with Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Performance, and Country teams to make content a measurable lever for demand generation.

You will help build an AI-driven content engine that enables faster, sharper multi-platform work while expanding content reach and engagement across owned, earned, and creator channels.

Formación

• 6–10 years of experience in social media, editorial, content, or content marketing roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI-driven content workflows.
• Strong editorial judgment and creative taste.
• Senior-level social media expertise across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Strong analytical capability across social and content performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Bondora's social media end-to-end across all markets, elevating social into a measurable growth channel.
• Own the editorial calendar and content distribution engine: plan content across owned, earned, and creator surfaces.
• Produce content in-house with Brand team, and manage agencies and UGC creators end-to-end.
• Architect and operate Bondora's AI-driven content engine: tools, workflows, ideation, planning, production, repurposing, analysis.
• Run social, content, and share-of-voice analytics to inform editorial decisions.
• Manage social community day-to-day: moderating comments and messages across channels.
