Confidential, based in Barcelona, seeks an AI Native Content specialist to lead end-to-end social strategy, including ideation, production, and performance analysis. You will own content across LinkedIn and other platforms, ship hands-on video and copies that fit a B2B voice, and drive organic growth with data-driven decisions.

You will report to the Marketing Director at a growing tech company serving international customers.

Formación

Must-have: experience in a start-up environment.
Must-have: experience with AI generated photo-realistic video content.
Must-have: experience with campaign performance metrics optimisation.
Nice-to-have: senior or lead SME experience.
Nice-to-have: strong content strategy capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Lead social strategy end-to-end: strategy, calendar, creative, publishing, and community across core channels.
Create brand and sales visual assets.
Develop viral, platform-native content with native storytelling.
Master AI video tools and workflows across ideation to repurposing.
Shoot and edit video hands-on and refine through editing.
Write hooks, captions and threads in a human, platform-appropriate voice.
Develop out-of-the-box formats with a distinctive voice for each channel.
Read performance data and optimize content based on metrics.
Drive organic growth and integrate events content to boost reach.
