Ersilia is seeking an AI Native Content specialist to report to the Marketing Director from our Barcelona head office. You will own social strategy end-to-end, craft brand visuals, and produce AI-assisted video content for international B2B audiences.

You’ll write compelling copy, experiment with new formats, and drive organic growth using data-driven decisions. Ideal candidates are AI-proficient, can film and edit to a high standard, and have a proven ability to grow accounts from a standing

Formación

• Experience growing a brand/account from scratch.
• Portfolio showing social content you personally created and grew.
• AI-native with daily use of AI tools for ideation, drafting, and editing.
• Ability to film and edit to a high standard with hands-on shooting and editing.
• Strong hook writing and platform-appropriate copy.
• Creative instinct and taste that distinguishes new ideas from generic content.
• Understanding platform mechanics and what makes content travel.
• Comfort with analytics to defend creative decisions.
• Willingness to ship multiple ideas quickly over perfection.
• Excellent written English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end social strategy across core channels (LinkedIn and others).
• Create brand and sales visuals, and viral activity that compounds.
• Produce and edit AI-assisted video content from ideation to final cut.
• Write hooks, captions and copy in our voice for B2B audiences.
• Experiment with out-of-the-box formats and distinctive voice for each platform.
