N26 is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to lead the Cloud Infrastructure Security function. You will align security strategy with product and engineering teams, drive AWS security initiatives, and design cloud-native defenses across CI/CD, containers, and Linux environments.

You will conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and automation to protect data, while guiding incident response and documentation. Relocation with visa support is offered.

Formación

• Cloud security in AWS, CI/CD, containers, and Linux systems.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK, and OWASP.
• Understanding cloud data security challenges across environments.
• Experience deploying and customizing security tools.
• CI/CD automation and Terraform for security testing.
• Hands-on with modern cloud components and IaC.
• Scripting in Python, Bash or Go.
• Experience in ethical hacking and pentesting.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the Cloud Infrastructure Security function roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own initiatives and frameworks to mitigate security threats in AWS.
• Design, deploy and maintain cloud-native security solutions with data protection and remediation.
• Perform regular research to detect new attack vectors.
• Conduct Threat Modeling Sessions and define mitigation solutions.
• Monitor vulnerabilities and coordinate cross-functional risk reduction.
• Define pentesting scope and scenarios.
• Develop documentation to strengthen security posture and cloud operations.
• Provide first-class service to stakeholders via the support portal.
• Participate in on-call security incident response (voluntary) and lead incidents.
