N26 is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to lead proactive security efforts across our AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments. You will design and implement security controls, perform threat modeling, and collaborate with Platform and Data teams to safeguard data and systems.

You will drive initiatives, stay ahead of threats, and contribute to security maturity through automated testing and secure deployment practices.

Formación

• Cloud security experience in AWS, CI/CD, containers and Linux.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK®, OWASP.
• Understanding of cloud data security challenges.
• Experience deploying security tools (CSPM/CNAPP, scanners, IDS/IPS).

Responsabilidades

• Drive the cloud security roadmap with product and tech leads.
• Design and deploy cloud-native security solutions with automated controls.
• Research new attack vectors and perform threat modeling.
• Monitor vulnerabilities and coordinate risk remediation across teams.
• Lead security incidents during on-call rotation.
