N26 is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform Engineering Access Team in Barcelona. You will design and maintain the systems that govern how humans and services access our AWS environment, ensuring least-privilege, automated, and audit-ready access.

You will manage Teleport infrastructure, develop IAM workflows in AWS, implement JIT access, and integrate security policies into our Terraform-based infrastructure.

Formación

• Production AWS experience with IAM and multi-account security.
• Hands-on with PAM/JIT solutions (Teleport preferred).
• Terraform for cloud resource management.
• Linux networking basics (OIDC, SAML, SSH, TLS).
• Go or Python to automate security workflows.
• Familiar with compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes RBAC.
• Security-first mindset and autonomous work style.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain systems governing access to AWS.
• Ensure access is least-privilege, automated, and audit-ready.
• Manage Teleport infrastructure for secure access to servers, DBs, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop IAM workflows in AWS.
• Implement JIT access to reduce attack surface.
• Integrate security policies into infrastructure provisioning.
• Automate authorization to meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain IaC (Terraform) for access components.
• Support audits with technical evidence and remediation.
• Create monitors and alerts for authentication/authorization.
