Qualifications

• 4+ years in cleaning/janitorial, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for various environments.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with Eastern Cape operations is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards and to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to cleaning, health, safety, and hygiene.

Requirements
