Red Hat seeks a Regional Services Senior Manager for Iberia to lead Consulting, Learning and Technical Account Management across Iberia within the Southern Europe region. You will collaborate with Sales, Tech Sales and Partners to ensure project delivery and align regional plans with GTM strategies.

• Extensive expertise in delivering strategic consulting services.
• Experience developing a business team or organization within a matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of software professional services model and revenue-based project reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for services delivery across Iberia; responsible for revenue, margin and utilization targets.
• Grow bookings and revenue within accounts and countries by delivering new projects and guiding services opportunities.
• Oversee bookings, revenue, margin and billability targets with weekly forecasts.
• Represent Red Hat Services in country leadership teams and manage SoWs and contracts.
