Jobtailor is seeking an experienced SEM professional to lead growth through global and regional campaigns. You will manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, test landing pages, and expand keywords.

You will design experiments, leverage Looker dashboards, and collaborate with Data, Martech, Product, and SEO teams to localize messaging and drive incremental ROI across markets.

Formación

• 5+ years of SEM experience in a B2C high growth or multi market environment.
• Advanced understanding of Google Ads operations and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset—able to interpret Looker dashboards & data.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to align multiple teams around shared goals and influence decisions through insights.
• Working knowledge of tracking, attribution, and marketing data pipelines.
• Track record of designing meaningful experiments and extracting scalable insights.
• Balance analytical rigour with experimentation and innovative thinking.
• Confidence presenting results to senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter, highly motivated in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEM strategies for growth across markets.
• Lead campaign management and automation across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Design and run campaign A/B tests and incrementality experiments.
• Leverage automation and AI-driven workflows for monitoring and reporting.
• Measure performance with Looker dashboards and Snowflake data models.
• Link paid acquisition to incremental ROI, LTV, and cross-channel efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data, Martech, Product, and SEO on tracking and attribution.
• Localize ad copy and test messaging frameworks for market nuances.
• Forecast performance and communicate learnings to stakeholders.
• Test new Google Ads features like AI Max, Smart Bidding, and PMax.
