Colliers International EMEA in Madrid is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to guide our Engineering Operations team as we implement a global, metric-driven Agile framework across software, DevOps, and support. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, ceremonies, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, hybrid-work environment.

You will partner with senior leaders to remove impediments, optimize delivery flow, and foster a culture where engineers deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

Formación

• Experience as a Senior Scrum Master or equivalent leading Agile teams.
• Strong ability to coach and mentor teams in agile practices and metrics.
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead rollout of a standardized, metric-driven Agile framework across software, DevOps and support teams.
• Facilitate daily operations, remove blockers, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and support squads to deliver high-quality solutions.
