Colliers in Madrid is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join the Engineering Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Engineering Operations. This hybrid role (2 days on-site) offers freedom to shape culture, practices and technology direction while delivering value to global clients.

You will roll out an Agile framework, drive metric-based improvements, remove blockers, coach engineers, and partner with Governance, Enablement, Product and Leadership to ensure delivery excellence across

Formación

• 5–7+ years as Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in software/tech environments.
• Advanced Agile certifications (A-CSM, PSM II/III, SAFe SSM, PMI-ACP).
• Experience rolling out global Agile frameworks and measuring process maturity with metrics.
• Fluent professional English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Roll out the defined Agile framework across teams and regions, balancing global consistency with local flexibility.
• Identify and resolve blockers; provide data to leadership to improve delivery.
• Deliver data and telemetry to support training, coaching and management alignment.
• Foster a positive engineering culture with focus on quality and psychological safety.
• Collaborate with Product, Governance and Enablement to translate product vision into sprint goals.
