Job summary

Colliers in Madrid seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to join our Technology Hub. You will help shape the platform, tooling and practices in a hybrid work model, blending remote and onsite collaboration with global teams.

You’ll own Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines and IaC initiatives while advancing security, observability and deployment automation. You’ll partner with engineering leaders to drive scalable, reliable delivery across multi-cloud environments, delivering

Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform or cloud engineering.
Strong Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise-scale container orchestration experience.
Deep knowledge of GCP and Azure, including networking, IAM, storage and monitoring.
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and automation tooling experience.
Proven track record designing, operating, and scaling development platforms across multi-team settings.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain enterprise-grade Kubernetes platforms across clouds with scalability and multitenancy.
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and GitOps strategies; build self-service tools.
Establish security standards for containers, secrets management and policy enforcement; ensure compliance.
Collaborate with engineering leadership to align platform strategy with business goals and governance.
