Colliers International EMEA in Madrid seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to join a newly established Technology Hub. This hybrid role offers freedom to innovate and influence the platform that powers our engineering teams across the globe.

You will design and scale Kubernetes platforms, implement IaC, CI/CD, GitOps, and security practices, collaborating with global product, engineering, and security teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in DevOps/platform/cloud engineering with containers.
• Proven Kubernetes, Docker and enterprise-scale orchestration experience.
• Strong hands-on GCP & Azure knowledge including networking and IAM.
• Deep IaC experience with Terraform/OpenTofu and automation.
• Experience designing scalable development platforms in multi-team settings.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; security/compliance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain enterprise-grade Kubernetes platforms (AKS, GKE).
• Lead IaC implementations and automation across cloud environments.
• Design robust CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
• Establish security standards, RBAC, secret management and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver observable, reliable platforms.
• Mentor engineers and influence DevOps strategy.
