Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a (Senior) Scheduler / Planner to join our Energy Construction team in Castilla y Leon, Spain. You will develop, maintain and optimise schedules for complex energy projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed.

You will collaborate with design, procurement and construction teams, produce regular progress updates, and support mitigation or acceleration plans to maintain critical paths. Strong English and Spanish communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably energy projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise master project schedules for complex energy construction projects.
• Integrate detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
• Issue planning reports, progress updates, deviations and forecasts.
• Support mitigation or acceleration plans to keep timelines on track.
• Assist procurement in establishing schedules for procurement and tender documents.
