Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to join our team for large-scale Data Centre construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead the on-site scheduling team, review complex contractor schedules, and manage master plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required are 5–10 years in project planning, proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM, and fluency in English and Spanish. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for complex construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience coordinating multiple schedule data sources into a master schedule and delivering status reports for large projects.
• Strong managerial and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with project teams.
• Demonstrates tenacity and problem-solving to add value.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site scheduling team to review internal and contractor schedules, identify risks, and report time/scope impacts.
• Maintain and monitor the master schedule and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Develop tender and contractual schedule requirements, including KPIs for schedule accuracy.
• Create and manage integrated work breakdown structures and consolidate package schedules into the master plan.
• Review contractor schedules and provide client recommendations.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients (weekly/monthly).
• Monitor progress against baselines and report compliance to milestones.
• Interact with contractors to verify project data and update schedules.
• Develop mitigation plans and assess extension of time claims.
