Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee contract management for large energy projects in Madrid. You will develop tender strategies, monitor supply chains, and guide evaluation of FEED and EPCI proposals, working closely with procurement and legal teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of contract management experience within major capital programs.
University degree in relevant subject area e.g., project management, engineering, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, business, or related discipline.
Contract management experience throughout the life cycle of projects, including contract change management and contract claim management.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Manage contract lifecycle for large energy projects, including change and claims management.
Develop tender and contract strategies with key functions; monitor supply chain and market risks to critical paths.
Support development of PQQs, tender docs, evaluation criteria, and scopes of work; evaluate FEED and EPCI proposals.
Lead commercial matters with procurement and legal teams; proactively manage contracts and lead negotiations.
