ams OSRAM in Spain or Slovakia seeks an SAP HCM professional to implement HR requirements, with focus on Payroll and Time Management, and 3rd-level support. The role covers process design, project coordination, and external resource management in a global, multicultural setting.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in SAP HCM, ABAP skills, and knowledge of ESS/MSS and SuccessFactors, plus strong English; German is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in business informatics or economics or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP HCM.
• In-depth knowledge of PA and PY including schemes and rules, PT, OM; Austrian payroll/time management knowledge preferable
• Good ABAP programming skills are a strong advantage
• Knowledge of ESS/MSS and Experience with SuccessFactors desirable
• Team player in a global, multi-cultural environment
• Excellent English skills; German language is beneficial

Responsabilidades

• Work independently within the SAP HCM environment to understand and implement HR requirements, focusing on Payroll and Time Management
• Be responsible for 3rd-level support, including payroll processing, time evaluation, incident and problem management, system enhancements
• Take ownership of the design and implementation of business processes, and ongoing optimization of processes and systems
• Plan, prepare and coordinate projects, including management of external resources
• Implement support packages efficiently
