Strada Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to lead payroll and time management delivery for Austrian and Swiss client accounts. The role emphasizes expert configuration, issue resolution, and customer-facing leadership within a global HR service team.

You will collaborate with project teams, deliver compliant SAP HCM solutions, and mentor junior consultants across international engagements. Fluent English plus German skills are highly desirable for this role.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experience.
• Strong expertise in Austrian/Swiss payroll environments.
• Proven ability to mentor others and manage client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions for Austria/Switzerland.
• Act as SME and primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform advanced SAP HCM configuration and testing activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to process improvements.
