Twtspain is seeking a Business Analyst with extensive SAP HXM experience to support the analysis, design and implementation of HR solutions across business processes, focusing on Payroll and Time & Leave Management.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in a BA/functional consulting role, strong analytical skills, and English fluency (C1). The role is remote with an international client base and opportunities to work across EU boundaries.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Extensive SAP HXM, SAP HR and SuccessFactors knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English (C1) mandatory.
• Experience translating business needs into functional specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business requirements and HR processes within SAP HXM environments.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, validate and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, processes, user stories and use cases.
• Design functional solutions aligned with HR objectives and processes.
• Support Payroll and Time & Leave Management analysis and optimization.
• Coordinate with technical and cross‑functional teams through the project lifecycle.
• Define, plan and execute testing, including test strategies and cases.
• Perform functional testing and support UAT.
