Transperfect is seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Manager in Barcelona to own the CRM operating model end-to-end within a global, multi-unit context. You will shape a Salesforce roadmap aligned with business priorities and drive intake, prioritization, and execution with independent ownership.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, structure onboarding for new units or acquisitions, and manage a Salesforce backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Formación

• Experience leading Salesforce product initiatives in a multi-unit, global context.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured initiatives and manage a product backlog.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain a clear Salesforce roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Structure onboarding of new units/acquisitions into Salesforce.
• Own CRM backlog end-to-end with proper scoping.
• Lead prioritization across global stakeholders and drive execution.
• Maintain governance across CRM change processes and governance.
