TheWhiteam is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Business Analyst to partner directly with client stakeholders in gathering, structuring, and validating business requirements for a Consumer Goods Cloud implementation.

The role bridges business needs and technical delivery, translating retail execution, trade promotion, and field sales processes into functional designs, configuration specifications, and user stories that guide the Salesforce delivery team.

Formación

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud including Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, Visit Management and Order Management.
• Proven client-facing experience including leading workshops and managing business relationships.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills (BRD, functional specs, user stories).
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with backlog management and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops with client business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate retail execution, trade promotion management, and field sales processes into detailed functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Perform fit-gap analyses against Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud standard capabilities and recommend configuration or customization approaches.
• Own and maintain the functional backlog, collaborating with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA to ensure accurate implementation.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenario definition, defect triage, and client sign-off coordination.
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for the client, managing expectations and change requests.
• Produce and maintain business process documentation, traceability matrices, and training materials.
• Support data migration and integration discussions from a business/functional perspective.
• Contribute to solution design discussions aligning with industry best practices.
