ARRAY in Pamplona, Spain, is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales team with RFP responses, proposals, quoting, and CRM data integrity. You will liaise between Sales, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate information; some travel and flexible hours may be required.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in customer service, sales support, and RFP processes, with proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years hands on computer experience with Microsoft Office.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service.
• 2+ years sales RFP and proposal creation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create RFP responses and proposals for Sales.
• Maintain the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
• Support Sales team and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Travel and work outside regular hours as needed.
